Data Privacy and Protection Notice

Interview Studio is provided by Inoetic for the Institute of Technical Education (ITE).

1. What we collect
- Your name and email address, supplied by ITE or through ITE's learning system.
- Your spoken answers during practice, converted to text.
- Practice scores and feedback.
- Measurements of eye contact, posture and facial expression. These are calculated on your own device.

We do not collect NRIC/FIN numbers, phone numbers, addresses or other personal particulars. Please do not mention them during practice.

2. How we use it
Only to run interview practice sessions, give you feedback, and let your ITE instructors track your progress and readiness.

3. Your video
- Your camera video is analysed in your browser. It is not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to share a recording (below).
- If you choose to keep a recording for self-review, it is encrypted and saved on your own device only. It is deleted automatically after 14 days, and you can delete it at any time.
- If ITE turns on instructor video review, you can choose, interview by interview, to share a recording with your instructors. A shared recording is encrypted and stored in Singapore, can be watched only by your instructors and administrators, and is deleted automatically 14 days after you share it. You can stop sharing at any time, which deletes it straight away. Sharing is never required.

4. AI processing
- Your speech is transcribed, and your answers are analysed by AI services hosted in Singapore.
- Before analysis, your name and other identifiers are masked.
- The AI services do not keep your data after processing.
- Your data is not used to train any AI model, ours or any third party's.

5. Where your data is stored
All data is stored and processed in Singapore and encrypted in transit and at rest.

6. Who can see your data
- You.
- Your ITE instructors and administrators.
- Authorised support staff of Inoetic, only when needed to provide the service.

ITE owns all data generated in this service.

7. How long we keep it
Practice results are kept for the duration of ITE's subscription. Then they are returned to ITE and securely deleted within 7 days.
